Spectator Information

What will you see

You will see demonstrations on life in the 1860s in modern day Etowah County (founded 1866) which was made up of parts of Blount, St Clair, Calhoun, Cherokee, DeKalb, and Marshall Counties.  You will also see what war was like in Northern Alabama during one of the darkest days in our history.

Things to do

There will be opportunities to see the weapons and uniforms of the soldiers, to see medical demonstrations, to hear speakers, and to witness battle like you've never seen before.

Vendors

There will be vendors on site ranging from Food to Period Clothing, from Blacksmiths to Paintings, from Books to Cast Iron, and even more!  Bring your pocketbooks and take home some souvenirs or a gift for your loved one.

Does it cost to get in?

There's an admission fee of $5 per person.

5 years old and under get in Free!!
